A report rebuilt by hand every week from form answers. It is now generated in three steps in Excel.

Prize draw for an event
15 min → 1 min
Participants were typed one by one into a draw website, with answers and email addresses to check. Now the form data is pasted in and the workbook does the rest.
Employee departures
5 min per departure → instant
Each departure arrived by email and had to be copied into another file. The information now flows on its own.

A custom CRM for a retirement adviser
Her cases were tracked in a Notion table, with no alerts and no overview. She had to read through everything to know who to chase, which invoice was pending and which client was about to retire.
Her workspace follows the seven steps of her service, from first contact to closing the case, and tells her every morning what needs doing.

About
One person, from first call to delivery
My name is Kristofer. I was a logistics team leader for three years, watching teams lose their days to badly designed spreadsheets and data typed in twice. I started by automating the files in front of me, then learned to build complete tools.
I set up VegaLab to do this work for other businesses. You talk directly to the person who designs and builds your tool: no salesperson, no middleman, and a straight answer if your need does not justify custom development.
Alongside custom work
Two projects I run on my own, from the first idea to going live: an online card game and puzzle books. They are my testing ground.
An online card game, designed and built solo
10 clans, 290 cards, online PvP and one mini-game per clan. V3 playtest from Friday 6 November, 2 pm.
